Walking distance to hospital. The office was perfect because I needed to work during my stay.

We stayed at Stephanie’s place after a concert at Van Andel Arena. Her apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. It was a very walkable distance to Van Andel and all that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer. We will definitely look to Stephanie’s apartment for future stays in Grand Rapids!

I had a couple hiccups with the wifi not working and the people who were staying above me being extremely loud and keeping me up at night. I could hear every step and stomp they were taking through the ceiling while trying to sleep, literally until 3am, but likely because they had way too many people up there as Stephanie said she’s never received a complaint for that before. However, I’m still giving 5 stars as these issues were out of Stephanie’s control, but she was still responsive and accommodating when it happened. She’s a great host. The place itself is extremely modern and comfy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely stay here again.
