Newly remodeled during summer of 2023. This charming 1930’s home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city of Grand Rapids. Whether you choose to stay in and cozy up or venture into the city, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Grand Rapids is known as beer city USA- don’t miss out on all the nearby breweries and wonderful restaurants! 7 minute drive to Downtown GR 6 minute drive to Bridge Street Relax and unwind in this charming home on the northwest side. Close to everything Grand Rapids has to offer. If you’re feeling adventurous, head to 20 Monroe Live or Van Andel arena to hit up a show, take a tour at one of our local museums, or spend the day shopping around the city! We’re blessed to be surrounded by the Great Lakes with the nearest lakeshore being 35 minutes away. We do keep beach towels and a few beach accessories available for your use. Spend the day enjoying the local farm to table restaurants Grand Rapids has to offer or save some money and dine in using our fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen freezer stocked with fresh ice before each stay. Enjoy a nightcap out on the 3 season porch or utilize the camping chairs provided in the fenced in backyard patio. Beware backyard can get a little buggy as it gets darker. Bug spray is provided in hallway closet near bathroom. As you cozy in for the night, you’ll notice there are a few board games in the entertainment center as well as a couple HDMI cords incase you like to bring your video game console from home. Please be respectful to put HDMI cords back when you’re done. There are a total of 5 smart tv’s throughout the house- please do your best to keep track of remotes.
