Was a very pleasant, family friendly stay. We are glad we decided on staying here. Lisa went above and beyond with helping us and getting us prepared for our stay.

Lisa was excellent at communicating from reservation to check-out. The house was perfect for our family trip. The location was great for our plans. The house was clean and the pups could even play frisbee in the back yard. Lots of space and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only negative is that there is not very good cell service so we had to take turns using the wi-fi, but I guess that wasn't a bad thing either. If we were working remotely or the kids were doing school stuff it may have been a bigger issue. Definitely not something that would keep us from renting again on one of our many trips to GVSU.

Lisa made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. We felt right at home and was close to everything we needed during our stay.

Lisa’s place was very clean and nice. My parents are from Kentucky and said they would stay there in a heartbeat again when in town. There was a nasty storm that went thru that lead to the hot water heater not working. Lisa responded very quickly when we informed her and did everything she could to get it fixed for us. She was very accommodating!

Lisa was beyond helpful and so kind. She’s very responsive and goes above and beyond to make her guest feel like family! We were traveling in from Colorado and ended up in Michigan much earlier than expected and Lisa was kind enough to let us check-in early. Her place is roomy and exactly as described. Also, her house is very pet friendly and has a gated yard allowing our fur babies to run around and have a great time. Overall, Lisa made our experience so enjoyable and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in west Mich!
