Michelle‘s place was listed as luxury… Not sure I’d classify it as that. Definitely need some updating and maintenance. The countertops were taped on the corners , the walls were cracked and in need of paint.

This was a perfect spot for a group of couples!! It was close to downtown Grand Rapids, easily accessible, provided parking, and was in a great neighborhood. It checked our boxes and would recommend!

I would avoid Michelle. We arrived at the place only to learn she had rented it to someone else! She tried to direct us to another property, but it ended up not being an AirBnB property. We ended up at a Hampton Inn, and had to fight AirBnB before eventually getting a full refund. She never responded to AirBnB's inquiry, which was an admission of guilt.

This is a very nice apartment, the upstairs of a classic old house, right apart from a good sized park in a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable.
