A great return visit. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. The unit provides everything needed for cooking/dining in while also a short walk to Rehoboth Beach's many dining & nightlife options. Updated HVAC (2024) is quiet and comfortable. A short drive to good hiking trails and parks.

This cozy 2-bedroom condo is perfect for a trip to the beach. Located in a quiet residential area one block north of the main avenue, it's a great spot for relaxing just a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The balcony provides a clean, covered spot to decompress outside. Check-in was easy and the owners kept in contact for a smooth experience. We hope to return next year.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for the seashore half marathon. Finish line was at the end of the block! The location is also great for everything else. Walking distance to it all. Amanda was fabulous at extremely clear instructions and proactive outreach. The beds were comfortable.

The condo was beautiful and lovely to stay at. It is one block from Rehoboth Ave, and walkable to the beach/boardwalk. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies, and there were cleaning products in the closets. The bedrooms had ample dressers/drawer space to put your clothes and other items. The balcony was very nice to hang out on as well. We definitely recommend staying at Amanda's, as she was also very accommodating with our check-in and out times, as well as always being very responsive!
