Wer auf Tioman nach einer Oase mit Privatsphäre sucht ist bei Kelvin und seiner Partnerin Natalie genau richtig. Wir verbrachten als Paar 3 Nächte in dem kleinen Apartment und wären am liebsten ewig geblieben. Was euch erwartet ist: Ein wundervolles Haus am äußersten Rand vom Strand in Juara inklusive großer Terrasse unter einem riesigen Baum der Schatten spendet. Von der Terrasse könnt ihr fast ins Meer hüpfen plus sie schützt wunderbar vor den Strandfliegen und anderen Touristen ;). Ihr bekommt ein Gefühl eines privaten Standabschnittes (was es nicht ist aber die Lage ist einfach fantastisch). Fussläufig sind viele Lokale, eine Tauchschule, ein Aussichtspunkt sowie zwei Wasserfälle. Wer sich Sorgen macht wegen dem „Fluss“. Ja die Höhe variiert je nach Ebbe und Flut. Ihr kommt auf unterschiedlichsten Wegen jedoch zu jeder Zeit (auch trocken) rüber. Für uns war es nie ein Problem. Zum Abendessen mit Taschenlampe sogar immer ein Spaß. Nehmt am besten eine mit ;)

Endroit juste magnifique , le logement est encore mieux en vrai que sur photos . Kevin est très aidant pour des conseils sur les restaurants ou pour nous organiser des activités . L’endroit est incroyable et la nourriture autour délicieuse .

We booked the studio for my mom and sister. We stay in the main house. They were very happy with it. Excellent place to stay with your extended family.

We had a wonderful time with our daughters of 4 months and 4 years old. It's a magical place. The timing of the tide worked well for us and we just walked through the river with the kids. The flat and surroundings work really well with kids. We snorkeld, hiked to waterfalls and relaxed by the house. The hosts also we're super kind and helpful and we can only recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Kelvin‘s place. The broad and sandy Juara beach is perfect to unwind and to take a swim. Don‘t sunbath on the beach, otherwise sandflies will bug you (go swimming and then enjoy their terrace to sunbath!) Due to reviews mentioning issues with access, I felt compelled to share few facts here: 1) this AirBnB is at the end of Juara beach and separated from the latter by a small river you need to cross. 2) during LOW tide, it was easy to cross: river is then 4 meters wide and 10cm deep. Just walk through. 3) at HIGH tide, the river is 20 meters wide and 80-90 cm deep. You can swim or walk through. We managed with a 4-year old kid, easily. 4) check „Tioman tide forecast“ to plan for high/low tide. 5) Kelvin provides 2 little kayaks to paddle across, if preferred, and can help getting through too. So access to the place was NEVER an issue for our 3 days. Kelvin and Nathalie were super helpful, very responsive and our stay just amazing. We enjoyed every second of it!
