Stunning location with VIEWS! Dave was a phenomenal host who greeted my guest and I on arrival and provided a quick tour. He was super accommodating and friendly. The place had all amenities listed including a dishwasher, washer, and drier. I would highly recommend this place to others!

This is my second time staying here and we love it. They are so friendly and quick to respond. The home is so cozy and such a good patio with views. Just a great value all around

Such a perfect, secluded and beautiful hilltop retreat! Loved my early morning coffee and outdoor meals on the lovely patio with the calming water fountain and beautiful view. Perfect location for anything Prescott. Easy to get to and close to anything you might need or want to do yet quiet and private. Will definitely return when I visit next!

I think my stay at David’s was a once off for them as previous reviews were so good. On my agreed upon arrival time, nobody was there. I buzzed their doorbell and was told to enter the suite as it was unlocked. It would have been nice to know I could arrive at any time if nobody was there to greet me and the door was unlocked. On arrival, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Toothpaste and hair in the sink, a dirty shaver in the shower. I told David and he immediately got a cleaner to come. It made me wonder how well everything else was cleaned. I mentioned on arrival that I was having trouble getting the door to lock. I thought I could lock it from the inside but after my first night, I realized the lock wasn’t working at all. Not a great feeling when you’re a woman travelling alone. I told David again and he apologized and said someone would come fix it the next day. At that point I asked for a refund and he apologized and arranged that with Airbnb. I will say the views were great.
