Within minutes, you can be enjoying downtown Prescott, shopping, hiking and even swimming in the lakes. The Kasita is also very close to the airport and concert venues. We are perfect for a couples get-away, a small family running to a sporting tournament or just someone needing a little R&R. We have all the amenities and comforts of home along with the luxuries of being away! Escape to our beautifully decorated guesthouse in the heart of Prescott! Immerse yourself in a pristine, professionally cleaned space equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The Great Room/Kitchen area has an extra deep, featherdown sofa along with two comfortable side chairs. There are two barstools for eating at the island as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and glass cooktop/oven. If you're needing something extra for your visit, don't hesitate to ask. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soaps and luxury towels. The master suite has a beautifully upgraded bed and mattress for your comfort. There's also plenty of additional bedding and pillows for additional comfort needs. Relax on your own private patio just off the master suite. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine and a sunset in the evenings. We have easy access to the Pioneer Parkway should you be headed to the airport, a concert or a quick day trip to Sedona. There was a great deal of forethought that went into the layout so that the kasita feels completely separated even though it does share 1 wall. Also, the Kasita has it's own private entrance. In addition-The home was just completed in December. We are diligently working on our landscaping and carport. Please note at this time there is only natural landscape and gravel for parking.
