Location was within walking distance to the courthouse square. The house was clean with a nice fenced area for the dogs. The first night we had the place to ourselves. The second night there was a guest in one of the back accommodations. Lindy was very responsive to questions. This was perfect for us for just a quick getaway from Phoenix. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lindy and Josiah were terrific hosts and very responsive to our requests. The Virginia Blue was spotlessly clean, well equipped and definitely worth the money! Don't let the modest exterior fool you; the inside has been tastefully renovated and nicely furnished. It was perfect for our mini vacation, but would easily work for a longer stay as there is room to spread out and work if needed. The location (just off a busy street) was a bit noisy for us country folk, but convenient to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go in Prescott, so the trade off was doable. Best of all, it is Pet Friendly (no pet fee!!) and our fur baby was totally pampered! We will be back here on our next trip to Prescott!

A great place to stay, especially if you have dogs and want to be within walking distance to downtown Prescott. The kitchen was gorgeous and well appointed and the dining and living areas comfortable and roomy. Small fenced in front yard with shaded seating to enjoy coffee or cocktails. We loved this cute home! The only negative is there’s sometimes noise from a nearby car wash that you can hear if you’re outside or if the windows are open, but hey, you’re near downtown and the home itself is adorable and located in an historic neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Lindy and Josiah were the perfect hosts! We highly recommend the Virginia Blue house. Great space, immaculately clean, quiet location, yet a quick drive (or a little walk) to the town square where there is tons to do and see!
