We were very happy with the flexibility on the check in time. However, once we arrived, the upstairs lights in the loft and bedrooms did not turn on - we found a basket with a bunch of light bulbs in one of the bedrooms. The microwave did not work. We were unable to reheat our food. I would’ve expected the hot tub to be turned up and ready for us upon our arrival since there was a cleaning person there before we arrived, but it was still at 80 and we were only able to use it one night out of the nights of our stay - that was a wash. The labels throughout the house on certain things came across very rude. The house was beautiful and the basement set up was different and cool, but the other things seemed to put a damper on the overall experience.

Great, secluded location with a level of privacy we were both seeking for our 2-person mountainous getaway. This cabin can easily accommodate a whole family, yet even then the cabin would not feel crowded or claustrophobic. The hot tub was our favorite amenity & the spacious 2-person shower (2 separate, large shower heads) in the master bathroom was a huge plus for after hot tub uses. We used the kitchen every night to prepare homemade meals & all kitchenwares were available & of great quality & quantity. The aesthetic of the interior of this cabin is something that can’t accurately be captured in photos alone: charming, warm, personable, & comfortable are words that come to mind but still don’t do it justice. Nima was an excellent host & responded promptly & professionally when we reached out with questions. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book our trip for longer, but we hope to return sometime in the future! Bottom line: book a trip here, you surely won’t regret it! :)

very cozy cabin very beautiful location

We loved our stay at Nima's cabin. It had a lot of room but was laid out in a very cozy, home-like way, so it didn't feel overly spacious. The place was clearly dog friendly, although we didn't bring a dog with us. The cabin sits fairly high up and was perfect for a rainy, misty weekend getaway. Looking out the windows to see the trees stretching out below us and disappearing in the mist was like looking at what the paintings try to capture. . . But with all the smells and sounds of the mountains as well. My family had a comfortable, welcoming stay and especially enjoyed the fireplace and using the large projector to play switch together. The double shower was amazing. The bonfire pit is small and close enough to the covered front porch that we weren't afraid of having a little fire when the weather threatened rain. The kitchen was large and accomodating. Just a lovely place for a cozy family weekend getaway. And we couldn't have asked for a kinder, more available host.
