If you have an infant and PWD this is Not a place for you! .5 klm of Rough, unlit and through a wooded terrain. With dogs barking and going through people’s yard. We had a stroller for our child and we could not even use that. Parking is also an issue .5 klm from the house. The house is smaller than expected. Second bedroom barely have a space for luggage. The care taker was helpful but every time you leave the space is such a pain. We ended up not staying the place. The view was beautiful just getting there was problematic. This is a place for young back packers that are looking for adventure.

A beautiful location, incredibly peaceful and welcoming. Raffy was a fantastic host who looked after our every need. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be there for us when we needed. He was knowledgable about the area, escorted us when we went into town, and organised trips and travel whenever it was required. Possibly the best host I have ever had and probably ever will have on Airbnb! The views from the cottage in the morning and evening are wonderful, and everyone we spoke to that lived nearby were friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed in the cottage and the beds were comfortable. A perfect start to our trip to the Philippines, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Mr Raffy was an INCREDIBLE HOST to us! My girlfriend grew up in Biliran and this is her first time back in ten years! We had her family come join us and everyone loved it!! We really cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr Raffy! He is THE BEST!!

Very quiet and peaceful caretaker was very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot I hope to stay there again it was well worth the money

Beautiful house directly at the beach/ocean. This accommodation basically comes with a butler: Raffy is always available, knows everybody and can arrange anything. He really takes care of you! The only downside is that the house is quite hard to reach and the location on the AirBnB doesnt match the real location. Its not in Naval itself, its 5-10min scooter ride outside. But therefore you have the quietness and privacy. Would recommend and come back! Thank you! :)
