Phil’s place was amazing! We went down the week of our wedding to sort out some last minute things and it was the absolute perfect location. Beautiful family room - huge outdoor shower - in law suite (for the in laws to stay!). The place and time were a dream and Phil was a wonderful and responsive host.

Great place to stay! Very roomy and great for families. Walkable to beaches and a great little area. Neighborhood and neighbors are really nice. Just note that although there are instructions in check out for towels and linens there aren’t any provided which host did luckily communicate a few days before arrival. Highly recommend.

The property was neat and spotlessly clean. The location is stellar. The home is located on a quiet dead end street mixed in with other summer homes. We even met one of the neighbors who shared some fresh tomatoes from his garden! It's a short walk to New Silver Beach where the views are incredible and the water was perfect for swimming. It's a quick bike ride to the start of the Shining Sea Bike Way which you can pedal for miles. Phil, the local contact was very nice and answered any questions we had and sent us a welcoming text when we arrived. The bottom line is this is a great location for a family/friends gathering. We highly recommend this property.

The house is located in a nice quiet area & we enjoyed the space to have our family reunion. Unfortunately, I never heard from the owner regarding issues with the fireplace & dryer which is why I rated communication a 1 star. We also felt that the lack of linens is a significant problem especially if you’re traveling by air. We’ve never had to deal with this issue in all of our years with Airbnb. The pictures showed a crib which is one of the the main reasons we rented the place so it was disappointing when there wasn’t one for my grandson. The main bathroom tub & shower curtains were not very clean & had mildew on them which is why we had to clean it for the baby. Mildew buildup in the guest house & the door was difficult to open especially for my elderly mother in law. It would have been nice to have enjoyed the fireplace. Overall, the area is quiet & beautiful! We went to the beach almost every day since it was only a 10 minute walk! We had a great Thanksgiving despite some of the issues!
