I was provided incorrect check-in instructions and an incorrect code to retrieve the key. Thankfully, I was able to contact the guest contact after a two attempts to get the proper code. WiFi instructions were nowhere to be found, however I was again able to text the guest contact. The dishwasher was not unloaded and we were unclear if it was clean or dirty. Close/short walk to the beach was great. Very spacious.

I booked this place for a stay with several friends (7 people total, slightly overkill) for a 10K on the vineyard and was thoroughly happy with the amenities and the place overall! The lights inside are a little goofy but it honestly serves as a fun kind of activity with the group to figure out how best to illuminate the space when spending time together during/after dinner. The beds were a bit flat in several rooms but the place was overall a great value and setting for fun memories with friends

This would’ve been a 5 star experience had it been properly turned over. Unfortunately, we came across long strands of hair on beds and around the house, VISIBLE and reachable cobwebs in most rooms/ spaces. Dust balls on the floor, unlocked doors to the outside and unlocked windows on the first floor. Full, used coffee filter, dirty is bucket, towels hanging in back of bathroom doors so we weren’t sure if they were used since the clean stack was on the first floor. The dishes that were put away needed a bit more cleaning. With those issues then having to it a cleaning fee AND help to reset the place for the next guest was annoying.
