It’s a nice cozy place with a lake view. The cabin maybe old but had all the required amenities. One suggestion for the guests would be to not follow G/A maps rather look for the address when you reach the lake. There is also no service in the area so preparing ahead will help you.

Beautiful location and surroundings. The cabin needs maintenance and is, as described, bare. Suitable for those willing to stay in such a place.

This was my second time here: this lake is the real deal! Comfortable stay with plenty to do and gorgeous view of mountains from all sides in the lake. Will probably be back a third time!

Very outdated, the beds are so uncomfortable and the house needs to be deep cleaned & freshened up badly. It must be original curtains & linens with how old and stained they appeared. Kitchen only had 1 small pan that was very scratched & bent so didn’t cook evenly. Not the best spot with young children either as there is absolutely no beach area. They had some sprinkled hay on the embankment down by the dock which was not sufficient with kids who wanted to play. Advertised as “no dogs allowed” however there was 4 dogs there when we stayed. And they never stopped barking. (We have a dog and love dogs- but non stop barking dogs is NOT relaxing or easy when you are trying to put babies to sleep) the community fire pit was right by our screened porch which felt awkward & intrusive and didn’t offer privacy with blinds.If you’re looking for a spot to just sleep and spend time on the lake kayaking it would be fine. We loved the lake and the area in NH but would not stay at this cottage again
