Le logement est vraiment très agréable et très proche des commerces et des plages. Un plus d’avoir une piscine et plusieurs terrasses !

Pro: -moderno -aria condizionata -balconi -posizione -wifi -lavatrice -due bagni -cucina fornita -host sempre disponibile e proattivo, ha offerto una guida sulle spiagge e ristoranti della zona molto utile Contro: -livello di pulizia generale: capelli e peli specialmente nel bagno e nella camera da letto, macchie sui copri cuscini e sulle coperte (dopo aver avvertito l’host ha mandato la cleaning lady che in 10 minuti ha cambiato le federe, unica pecca è che la cleaning lady parlasse solo greco e albanese) -l’appartamento è dotato di due docce, e non funzionano bene insieme. Se aperte entrambe contemporaneamente una delle due avrà poca acqua e temperatura variabile. Una doccia aveva la testa rotta attaccata al muro con lo scotch -macchie di sangue di zanzare sui muri in giro Questi fattori insieme hanno comunque reso il soggiorno godibile e rilassante. La posizione è il suo punto forte in quanto è a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e 30 min in macchina dalle spiagge principali

Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral, aber dennoch ruhig in Kallithea. Die Kommunikation mit Alena lief ebenfalls sehr gut und schnell.

We spent a wonderful time in Greece and in the appartment of Alena. She was a wonderful host always kind and helpful. Our appartment was on the first and second floor, especially with our three kids we appreciated to have two separate bedrooms on two different floors. A nice terrasse to sit outside, the building as well had a good touch of architectual design. The swimming pool is shared with four appartments. If you come with your own car, it is sometimes difficult to find a parking space, but there is a monitored but chargeable parking area 100m next to the appartment. The appartment is very close to the city center of Kallithea, which offers you plenty entertainment in the evening with nice Greek restaurants. It is in a perfect distance to the city center not too close either, so that you will find your sleep in the night. A 10 minutes walk to sand beaches with clear water. If you want to escape mass tourism, we recommend to take your car and drive on Cassandra / Chaldickiki peninsula to high class beaches such as Glarokavos or Lagoon beach. Kallithea is in a one hour drive distance from Thessaloniki and we even went by train from Thessaloniki to Athens to enjoy real Greek ancient culture for three days.
