Patrick is a proactive and gracious host. The place is dated but has a great location. There’s ample parking on the street.

Very bad communication and the residence smelled incredibly bad/old. Insanely uninviting (aggressive house rules posted all over the residence, even immediately upon entry). For $200/night this was unfortunately super disappointing. The pictures are very misleading. Been using Bnb for almost a decade and this is my first (immediate) cancellation 😕

Patrick was great! Communication was top notch. The house was a 5 minute walk to the train and there are restaurants close by too. I would definitely stay again and recommend this house if you are looking to save money in the Chicago area.

Visited during the end of December. The place had great heating and kept me warm. The TV has basic cable for the area if you want to watch. it is a quick drive up the freeway to get to downtown, the aquarium, Navy Pier, and anything else. Though the place looks like it is in a rough neighborhood, I had no issues. For some, the place may look dated. However, if you are exploring the city, the house if great. Has wonderful heating, warm shower, and a functional kitchen. Patrick is also very welcoming and is great for conversation.
