This place was just as advertised. We got spoiled with the convenience of having a grocery with a Starbucks in it right across the street. Loved being able to walk to places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plus the close proximity of the park meant that we could hit the farmer's market on Saturday.

Tiffany’s place was great! My cousin and I stayed for a month, the location is great for walks through Forsyth Park and very close to a grocery store. The Airbnb is very clean and has plenty of linens.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo! If it's available, grab it! I'm already planning my return visit! I stayed for a month from the Northeast and didn't want to leave! Centrally located and walkable to everything from the grocery store right next door to the neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops, 2 blocks from beautiful Forsyth park, about a 20 minute walk to the bustling Broughton/River St district and a 25-30 minute drive to the beaches of Tybee Island. The neighborhood is adorable with well maintained historic homes. The condo was spotless, bright and airy and spacious. It was so well-equipped, (from linens to kitchen gear) - I felt like I was at home. The beds were very comfortable as were the couch and love seat. The building and neighbors were so quiet and I loved the private backyard terrace for reading and enjoying coffee. Tiffany and her crew were so responsive, friendly, helpful and welcoming from booking to checkout!

The location simply couldn’t be better! Literally steps away from a grocery store. So much to see and do, just walking out the door! We took many walks to the River Front. Every day there was something new to see there. And Forsyth Park, just a few blocks away, is beautiful & ever changing with the activities happening there. The home is immaculate & very comfortable. The ambiance is great in part due to the beautiful decor and also how well situated it is to let the sunshine in! The bed in the Primary bedroom is incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated that everything we needed was there. Plenty of linens, cookware, glassware and kitchen accessories; it made us feel like we were home. The unit is on the first floor, so as one would expect, there will be some noise from the unit above as well as from the street. But the positives of this home far, far outweigh this.
