If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is your place! So beautiful. The cabin was so cute and cozy. I really can’t wait to go back! Loved every minute there

This beautiful cabin is nestled in the trees on a working farm deep in the heart of East Texas. It is quiet and quaint and has a nice cottagecore feel to it. The interior is very clean, pretty, and a bit old-fashioned. The shower, although interesting to figure out, got hot and stayed hot throughout. A word of warning, however, should you drive a car that is low to the ground, be careful of the parking space in front of the cabin. The road to the cabin is a bit hard to find in both the day and night. The cabin is not entirely secluded as you can see the front door of the main house from the porch of the cabin. The hosts are nice and respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

We had a great stay at Jolene and Tim’s cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet and the time without internet was surprisingly much welcomed. The gardens were beautiful. Breakfast by Jolene was delicious. We even bought one of her cookbooks and have had her pancake recipe a couple of times at home now. I would have never thought to spend much time in Jefferson, but with Jolene’s recommendation and encouragement we went and really enjoyed the time there! Daingerfield park is super close and has some beautiful trails. We would 100% recommend this cabin to another couple or small family

This place is a hidden gem. I highly recommend the steak dinner and the wonderful breakfast. We purchased a cookbook as well and love it. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The animals were an added bonus. It was so peaceful we were able to read two books each, sit by the campfire. Jolene is such an amazing cook. The beds were super comfy and cabin was immaculate. We will definitely be back soon. Can’t wait until next time
