The outside was in need of some cleanup however looked like porch construction was underway. Power went out while we were there due to storms but was restored reasonably fast.

House was very accommodating for our group of 4. The neighborhood is very quiet. Introduced ourselves to one of the neighbors and they were very friendly. Walked across the street to the lake and you could sit and relax or dip your toes in. There is an easy access and free boat ramp a short ride down the street. I would definitely return. Peter is very responsive.

There were several issues that you should be aware of and honestly I think I deserve a full refund. 1. Carpet was stained and did not look clean 2. WiFi did not work well at all. 3. TV did not work because internet was not good enough to be able to stream and we did not have any other devices running. 4. The house smelled like smoking had occurred even though your listing says no smoking. It was musty all over. 5. We turned on the air on 70 but it never cut off running. I think there’s an issue with it. 6. The hot water was lukewarm at best. 7. Electricity went off at 11 so we had to find another place since I had to work. The neighbors around us had electricity so had to be an issue with the house. Owner did not respond for over 5 hours

This place was in a nice private neighborhood, near a lake. Peter was very prompt in his responses and acommodating. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The Place was very nice inside and everything we needed was there except the ice maker does not work. TV is streaming only so no chance to get local news and weather. The stairs upto the porch are in dire need of repair as the hand rail has seperated from stairs and some of the steps are rotting. The small view of lake is through trees and could not find the path down to lake as it must have been overgrown. Peter was very responsive to my questions and check in was easy.
