Miranda and Scott were very nice and helpful during our stay. A rain storm passed through and knocked out power for a little over 3 hrs. The house has plenty of windows so we had enough light and played games! Red Beard House is extremely clean and had everything needed for our stay. The home has a covered patio which was great during the rain (before it poured down and wind blew)! We will be staying in the future! Thanks again for sharing your home on AirBNB!

Quiet space away from the city with a beautiful lake view. Not great for fishing from the bank but the property is perfect for launching kayaks. Property comes equipped with life jackets, corn hole, a shuffle board, disc golf, a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating. Home stayed cool in early April but did not have any extra blankets for couch lounging, so make sure to bring some! Make sure to check out the manuel for local food and grocery store recommendations; There is not much on that side of the lake and the neighborhood is a bit unsavory. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to relax and spend time with family and in nature.

This was our second stay, and we will be back. We hosted an adoptive couples retreat and everyone loved the place. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We absolutely loved it and definitely stories to tell others in the future. My kids and I enjoyed picking up sticks fishing playing games and watching tv. We enjoyed bonfires at night durning chili nights and made s’more. We spent the week of Thanksgiving there and had all kitchen tools appliances to make that happen. From making coffee in the morning to breakfast dinners and prepping for thanksgiving. All the rooms and restrooms were clean beds all made. My little one enjoyed the tv in the downstairs bedroom. Turned on the fireplace and listened to the crackling while sipping on some hot chocolate. Took a couple bikes and rode down the road with my children. The neighbors that we did see seemed friendly and always greeted us. The memories we made are priceless and I’m so happy to have spent the week there with my family. I definitely recommend if your looking to get away from city and enjoy the nature and a few shooting stars if your lucky. Owners are quick 2 respond if you have ?’s
