Spacious, quiet property in the nature of the "French Tuscany" (3-stars). Between sunflowers, squirrels and pool, you can come to rest. Bring your family, friends or team, because space is endless. Spend the day by the pool, in the shade under chestnut trees, or reading in our swing with a view. You can be active in sports, cook with friends, play the piano, visit markets in the region, barbecue on the terrace in the evening with a glass of rosé, or just look at the stars. The converted and stylishly furnished former farmhouse offers plenty of space for you and your family and friends, indoors and out. It is a very quiet place. There is hardly any traffic and the neighbours are far away. All the flats were classified 3 stars by "Etoile-de-France" in October 2022, which we were very pleased about. They are 3 independent residential units. The main building sleeps five people (e.g. 2 adults, 3 children) and the two apartments, each with its own entrance and fully equipped kitchen/living room (each for two and three people), offer 370 sqm of living space. The state-of-the-art fibre-optic internet is not only ultra-fast, but can also be received around the entire house heurm, even in front of the pool. Sun loungers and plenty of tables and chairs are provided. Put them where you like, there are beautiful corners all around the house. Since 2022, we have been particularly proud of the large swimming pool, which also suits this property in its dimensions (10 x 4 metres) and its modern equipment. It is regularly maintained so that you can rely on good water quality. The daily cleaning is done by the pool robot, which you use yourself, it is not difficult. The pool is heatable and extends the bathing time by many weeks, unless the weather goes crazy. The pool is secured with a cover reinforced with metal struts, which is fixed over the pool. It complies with the NFP 90-308 standard, as required by French law. There is neither a pool alarm - it is too unsafe - , nor a perimeter around the pool. For many years this property has been our holiday home and our "anchor" in troubled times. My mother Heidrun and her partner Otto saved it from decay in 1994 and completely restored it. Since then it has been constantly modernised and adapted to today's requirements. Of course, not everything is new. But everything works very well, because it has quality and now also its own charm. Unfortunately we cannot welcome you personally. We will send you a detailed instruction manual (house manual) in PDF format. In the appendix you will also find two pages of tips for leisure activities in the area, there is plenty to do. So you can go sightseeing right away, or just arrive! In case of real problems, there is also a service person on site or we are happy to help via Whatsap in video format. The property is not fenced. There are only a few cars a day, which can be heard from far away. From our point of view this is a paradise for children, because around the house there is only nature and a lot to discover.
