Patrick and Amy are excellent hosts who are quick to respond to any and all questions or needs.The rental is just like the photos and is very clean.I would recommend booking with Patrick and Amy anytime.

Had a better time the first time I stayed here. no bath mats or little things like soap and coffee this time around. Felt like it was missing some of the stuff from the last stay. Convenient location though! Can get real warm without AC.

Very accessible to downtown Sudbury, only a short walk away. We had a lovely time in the house and extended our stay. Everything was functional and just what we needed.
