Everything you need and not a lot of frills, great Nectar mattresses, good pillows, and everything is really cute and you feel right at home. Great coffee on hand is a plus! Awesome stay, my new Abingdon fave go-to 10/10 would airbnb it again!

Brought the family into town and this place was great for us: close to town, clean and cozy, in a quiet neighborhood. We were impressed with how comfy our bed was and enjoyed cooking in. And the neighbors are so friendly!

If you want to stay in or around Abingdon and want peace and quiet, but still be convenient to stores and interesting sites, this is the place to be! Cudos to Fred’s cleaner. We’ve stayed in several places in Abingdon. This is the cleanest. Thank you , Fred, for being so quickly responsive. The place makes you feel right at home as soon as you check in. We had everything we needed except food. When we come back, I will try to plan ahead so we can stay here again. Thank you again, Fred and Cynthia
