Keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally located apartment. Enjoy the solitude of the lake, a hike on the Creeper Trail which is only 5 minutes away, Damascus bike trails about 15 minutes away, the winery or the many wonderful local restaurants in town. Bristol Speedway is only a short 30 minute drive. Relax on the patio with your favorite beverage, a good book or a walk down to the lake to enjoy the view and breeze. Comfortable queen size beds with extra blankets and pillows. Fire pit in back yard which is perfect for star gazing and we even have a telescope for the real enthusiast. Fully stocked kitchenette with full size fridge, coffee pot and pour over, microwave, air fryer, electric skillet, blender, hot water kettle, dishware, utensils and bakeware. Most any meal can be prepared with these items. There is coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided along with various condiments. Currently the only sink is in the bathroom but we have a small washtub and supplies available to wash dishes. New sink coming soon. Washer and dryer available along with laundry detergent sheets and fabric softener sheets.
