A fantastic spot right on the commuter train line into central Boston. Frederick and Sabina were lovely hosts who introduced themselves and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. Their place far exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time at Frederick & Sabina’s place, the host was great and the room was as described in the listing. Everything was super clean, internet was good and we had our own space with good privacy. Host was friendly, easily reachable via message and was very responsive. Kitchen was also available for guest. There were nice dinnerwares, oven and microwave for heating food. Which really comes handy. The only thing was, neighbourhood is JUST OKAY. You definately need to have your own car or take a cab during late eveing/night, We didn't feel very comfortable while walking in dark.

I stayed there for 10 days and it was a comfortable place. Frederick was always responsive though I had to reach out everytime I had to get the A/C switched on however the host informed me that they are in the process of changing the system. It's a bit far from downtown and I had to travel every day however, there is a commuter train station at a 6 min walk only. I would say it was a good value for money accommodation.

I had an excellent time at Frederick and Sabina's place. My hosts were attentive and caring, but also respectful of my privacy. I was able to work and write uninterrupted during my stay in a welcoming, clean, and well catered environment. I will certainly stay there again and recommend it.
