We liked the apartment very much. It is spacious (for 2 adults and 1 child), luminous and well equipped. It was cleaned every Mo, We and Friday (new clean sheets and towels, plus the garbage bin was also emptied) and we could agree on a suitable time. It is located next to beach, beach bar, restaurants, souvenir shops, mini markets, rental car shops, and bus stops within walking distance (1-2 minutes). The area behind was busy but we didn’t hear any noise from road or bars. We had great communication with the owner. Had 2 requests during our stay and received help immediately. We felt like the response time is 1 minute. Super efficient and polite. Overall great stay and totally recommended.

L'appartamento è molto bello; nuovissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Vicinissimo al mare e in posizione strategica per visitare la parte nord orientale di Creta. Gregory e sua moglie sono stati superlativi. Siamo arrivate tardissimo e siamo state accolte con uno splendido sorriso. Gregory poi è stato il nostro eroe: ci ha accompagnate in aeroporto perché la nostra macchina è andata in panne a due ore dalla partenza. Lo ringraziamo infinitamente per la pazienza e l'enorme disponibilità Se torneremo a Creta, sicuramente alloggeremo nel loro splendido appartamento. Grazie infinite

Grégory et sa femme sont des hôtes très accessibles, très réactifs. Nous ont répondu très répondus, sont venus nous régler quelques petits soucis techniques très vite. Le ménage dans l’appartement (salle de bain / changement de linge)est fait tous les deux jours.

Zimmer hat ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen, Kinderbett stand uns auch zur Verfügung. Fernseher und Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern, große Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Leider waren in unserem Zimmer aber ein paar Punkte nicht ordentlich. Die Küche hat nicht gut gerochen, bei einer Schublade war die Front abgerissen, von den Handtuchhalterungen waren nur noch Rückstände zu sehen. Das Haus ist insgesamt hellhörig. Alles in allem okay zum Übernachten und tagsüber Mal entspannen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen auf Kreta ist der Preis bei dieser Qualität der Unterkunft aber zu hoch. Service war gut, flexibler Check in und Check Out waren möglich. Standort ist okay, direkt am Strand ist eine nette Bar "Heaven" und in der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Souvenir Shops und Mini Markets. Da wir hier unsere letzten zwei Nächte auf Kreta verbracht haben und die Nähe zu Heraklion geschätzt haben, war für uns alles in Ordnung. Nur halt keine 5 Sterne wert.

Amazing apartment, it has everything you need and it is cleaned every two days (Mon, Wed, Fri). The wifi has a very good connection. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and quickly respond to the messages. The beach and the restaurants are within a few minutes walk.
