Thank you so much Chanine, you were fantastic. From the call to confirm the booking and outline everything we needed to know and all the local businesses we subsequently used, to the perfect stay in your beautiful house our stay was perfect. What was truly exception and above and beyond any expectation was helping to source an emergency tyre fitting service for one of our party who discovered a nail in his tyre, and allowing us to chill out until it was fixed way beyond check out time, thank you from us all - I cannot recommend you enough!

We booked for a large group of girls for a hen weekend and had a brilliant stay. The kitchen, garden and living room are fantastic chill out / living spaces and the rooms / beds were comfy and clean. Only downside was the parking situation, we went on a weekend with great weather so on street parking was few and far between but we all parked at an NCP near by.

As a large family group with children we thought Boho House would be ideal for our holiday but we were not completely happy with our stay here. To begin with there seemed to be a miscommunication around the booking as we had booked the entire house needing all 9 bedrooms, but found out just before our visit some rooms would be locked as our host did not think we needed them. Luckily we were able to use all the rooms we had already paid for. On arrival there was barely any toilet roll in each bathroom and we quickly discovered the house did not provide glasses for its guests. After staying there we had issues with the hot water and shower pressure meaning several cold showers were had. One room had a large damp patch on the ceiling, whilst another had a broken blind and broken toilet seat. Most importantly there was an error on the fire alarm which seemed to have been silenced. The house was a good distance from town and the beach and all our guests managed to park nearby with ease. The beds were all comfortable.

Chanine greeted us at the door to welcome and settle us in, and also when we left to check everything was ok. The house is beautiful and the beds were really comfy. Great location near to the town and beach.

We had the most fantastic time for my sister's hen do at Boho beach house. We were a group of 15 "girls" (average age 45). There was plenty of space in the kitchen, lounge and decking area for us all to congregate and have fun. We were blessed with the weather and enjoyed the beautiful beach which is about a 10 min walk away. We also had " the bbq man" Justin cook for us on the Saturday night and the food was amazing. Communication from Chanine was flawless. Check in was really simple. The beds were super comfortable. We did completely self cater . There is no dishwasher so you need to make sure there are all hands on deck after eating - but again this provides a good chance to catch up with your fellow washer - uppers!
