We had a great weekend in our old college town for a girls reunion trip. This home was lovely and very homey! Very clean and a great backyard to enjoy with a pool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others do the same. The host was also very accommodating to allow us to check in 2 hours earlier which was very much appreciated.

We were there for the graduation of our youngest daughter and stayed there with the 6 of us. It was a very tranquil and private location. The house felt very homey and felt really great. Instructions were very clear. We appreciated the brownies at our arrival and the basics such as sugar, coffee pods etc were all there. All in all we would highly recommend it.

A beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home with a resort-like backyard and pool. Communication with the host was seamless. We’ve stayed in a number of homes in the Chico area and this was definitely our favorite.
