We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub – for those colder winter days. The location couldn't have been better; close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely reserve again for future trips to Chico!

This is a must rent in the Chico area, especially if you care about your comfortability level & privacy. This house has everything you need, including a very nice, communicative host. It has an open floor plan with 2 living rooms, comfortable beds, and a fabulous backyard with a heated jacuzzi, plus plenty more fun amenities. Stephanie and her family went above and beyond to make our "Chico State Senior Weekend" the most memorable of all time. Thank you, Stephanie, for making it so comfortable to communicate with you.

I with my 4 colleagues had a very good time in Stephanie's house. We very appreciated Stephanie provided a very warm and sweet house in Chico. We will be back and hope we can live there again when we are in Chico after a few of month.

We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's place! Lots of room to spread out and we enjoyed the backyard! Location was perfect with Safeway just down the street.
