Solid, clean, basic accommodation. Jamie was great. It met my needs very well, I was just there to sleep, so I didn't use the kitchen or the living room, but they looked fine and clean. The whole house was super clean, dust-free, the furniture is functional and basic, but clean. The other room in the house was empty for 2 of 3 nights I was there, so it was great to have the whole (upper) place to myself most of the time. I never met Jamie or saw his family while I was there but he was a good communicator via the text on the app. Parking was convenient and free. I am very satisfied. Excellent value.

Jamie is an amazing host. he will respond quick at any time of day. I booked late a couple times and always got accepted quickly. I will definitely recommend him as a host. great man.

This is my second visit to Jamie's place.I find the place really nice and very well kept.Usually whenever I have to stay in Guelph I always look if Jamie's place is available as my first preference as he is a great host.
