自我介绍

We enjoy traveling. Our children are grown - our primary residence is in Connecticut. Dave and I have enjoyed sharing our year round CT home to guests and have, recently, opened Dave's family cottage and cabin in Maine for guests. Maine summers are special with 5 generations learning traditions of blueberry picking in july/august, sunset cruises on the family wooden lobster boat TODARO, fishing and learning the sites and sounds of nature. Like home in Connecticut, the Maine properties are lived in and homey. Books galore, games and clean, fresh air with beautiful views. Captain Dave is a seasoned boat Captain and I love being 'first mate' although most of his nieces, nephews and sons are totally sea worthy. Blue moon, eclipse, eagles and sunsets, hikes, runs, lobster (and more lobster) and spectacular September. Activities in the nearby town of Damariscotta are fabulous in October! Our Oktoberfest guests were great and had a blast both at the cabin and in town at the parade and events. Capt'n Dave was the moon in the 2014 parade and made the front page of the Lincoln County Newspaper! We are thankful for great pictures sent by our August guests of the Eagle that sat majestically for photos on a beautiful sunset evening....there is a picture in our Nest and Cabin for all to enjoy. Many thanks for sending. Incredibly thoughtful and most appreciated. A special shout out (thanks) for our photographer guest who gussied up our cabin photos to show the cabins true nature and lovely surroundings.....!! We met wonderful folks and it was a joy to show them the magic of mid coast Maine. See you soon!
