The apartment is a good size for a couple days away. However, It looks quite different to the photos published online. The host was responsive when I contacted them regarding some of our issues such as shower that didn’t drain and a constant tapping noise. They managed to fix the shower which we were grateful for, however the noise was not fixed. The noise was a constant tapping and it was terribly hard to sleep at night. I would have also expected some tea bags or coffee in the kitchen but you are given nothing. If you don’t mind noise and are looking for a cheap weekend away then this is the place for you 👍🏻

The place was exactly like in the pictures, and felt even a bit bigger than I imagined. It was very easy and uncomplicated to access, I felt right at home. It is cozy and a lovely little patch to come back to. The neighbourhood is very quiet in the evenings, shops and pubs and restaurants are also near by.

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet and close to lots of restaurants and shops on Albert Road. It is a 15-min walk to the beach and Southsea Pier. Parking is on the road outside, and it costs £2 per day for a parking permit from the host. We left the car there and caught the bus to and from the city centre, which only took 10 mins. The room was really clean and had everything you needed - a small kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. We would definitely stay here again!
