Everything was amazing. The beach was like 4 min walk!!!!! The house was clean and comfy. I loved the sofa bed. The local shops were near by like 1 or 2 min walk. Perfectooo👍🏻👍🏻. The pictures of the house matched in real life 👍🏻. Me and my friends will come again in the future, same place 😇. Thank you Dilwar.

It was perfect for what I needed, a couple days away with friends, bus stop is right outside if your wanting to get to Gunwharf Quays, and the seafront not too far away!

An all round Brilliant experience. Our first time using AirBnB. The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from all the great treasures of Southsea and historic Portsmouth. Dilwar was responsive throughout, answering every question we had. The apartment was everything it claimed and matched the photos perfectly. My family all had a brilliant experience. Thank you

Despite the great location and allocated one-car parking space behind the property, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment at first impression. As soon we entered, we noticed a mouldy smell. After walking around and exploring rooms and the kitchen and its drawers, we found dirty plates with marks and hair inside the cupboard, crumbs around the cooker and on the kitchen floor under the rug. Later in the dining room, chairs had also crumbs. And the living room carpet was with permanent stains, with skirting boards covered with dust and hair. The water was cold, running in the bathroom basin. Windows did not have children's safety devices, leaving us afraid. The laminate flooring all around property is very noisy when walking. After we messaged the Host, the host only Apologised and didn’t offer to resolve any issues during our stay.

Great, spacious apartment... just a few mins walk to the beach and local shop. helpful host. would recommend.
