It was an excellent experience to stay at Sylvia's place. Very well maintained spacious rooms, State of the art interior, Kitchen with all the required utensils, Clean washrooms including all the facilities mentioned on Airbnb website and plenty of open space to sit and relax. Property also has a small garden which adds to the beauty. This was or first experience to stay in a Goan house and a best one. :) Property location is at around 15 minutes walking distance from Colva market and nearest supermarket. Zero crowd, no pollution, lot of greenery, a perfect place to relax. Most of the beaches and tourist places are within 1 hour distance (by car or bike). Host (Sunil) was very prompt in responding to our questions and always happy to help even in small small things. Sunil even came to pick us up as we were not getting local transport. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I would love to visit this place in future with my Family.

Was a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed it, the host Sylvia and Sunil were very accommodating and help with whatever requirements we would have. They took any request and help make sure that we have the best stay. The family dint want to leave the place. Enjoyed every bit of it. Well maintained and worth every penny . Rather much more. looking forward to keep visiting this same place again and again once again 5 stars to the entire stay at this place.

Amazing host, peaceful atmosphere, squeaky clean inside and out. Lots of green space, beautiful sounds from birds early mornings that I woke up daily just to listen to the birds. Host also arranged for maid for a mere 4 Canadian dollars who took care of floors, laundry, dishes, washrooms and bedding. Sylvia was very helpful in making a few decisions. George is probably the most sweetest host I have ever come across. This place was beyond perfect and would recommend it 100%.
