公寓环境非常一般，很偏僻，房东订房时候没有说不能住6个人，入住的时候，住进去6个人就需要付其余5位的费用(5x15美金每天)，3晚房费总共1480元，否则不允许入住，强制退房，扣除48%总房费（660元），平台不处理，只口头表示记录而已，明明可以抢，却选择了在平台上骗钱，还让你无可奈何，无处申诉。

Abdul Cader (Faizer) was an excellent communicator, friendly and a responsive host, and wanted to try and solve the issues we had with the apartment when we had got our bearings. We found the apartment was not very clean. E.g. we had to wash all the dishes, cutlery and plates on arrival as they were still dirty in the cupboards, pans were scratched with non-stick surface peeling and there were creatures in the bathroom waste bin. Wardrobes dusty and junk has been left. The apartment and the whole block itself is tatty and in a state of requiring renovation. There is a railway track close by and the sound of the trains passing could be disturbing, and pass by late at night and early morning, so sleep with earplugs. The land below the main living area balcony (partial sea-view) has turned into a dumping ground for food waste from the local beachside restaurants. This is out of the control of the host, but dirty windows as well meant the idyllic view was spoilt. Needs alot of TLC.

The place was so disturbing with the noise of a train track beside it and the surroundings are so bland and nothing to do. Ocean view is also from the terrace which isn’t maintained well. Broken showers in one washroom and place is full of cockroaches. But the host was very good and responsive. He arranged what we asked like travel adapters.

Checked in to this place for 02 nights! Felt like home and the host Faizer was on point with clear instructions. He made sure that we are having a good stay at the place. Very clean and spacious apartment with a sea view. Also the security guy is super friendly and helpful too. I would recommend this place to anyone who are willing for a stay over. And not to forget there is a swimming pool in the rooftop. Cheers !

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Mr Faizer responded very quickly when we had a question, a very good host very helpful ,the location was superb so convenient The security was excellent they did a great job too Ready to help at any time Hoping to stay there soon again
