The apartment was clean and cute. Pros-we had everything in the kitchen we needed, the beds wand pillows were very comfy and the grass in the backyard and park across the street were fun for my kids. Cons- we had trouble with the thermostat app and after initially telling our host about it, we never heard anything back or got the app working. The baby locks in the kitchen don’t work so my baby kept getting under the sink where the soap and cleaning supplies were, and none of the three air mattresses held air, which I was banking on for a couple of my kids. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The apartment itself was clean and inviting. The bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds. The windows really could use screens on them. When I opened them for fresh air at night I didn't feel very safe from creepy crawlers let alone people as the windows are at ground level when in basement apartment. A small dowel rod in the window sill is nice to have to prevent the windows from being opened any further from the outside. The shower has a very noticable smell of mold and mildew. There are stones missing out of the shower floor as well. Which makes for sharp places on your feet, and uneven footing. One can definitely hear the upstairs guest moving around. Better hope they have a similar sleep wake schedule. Otherwise they will keep you up late and then wake you up early in the morning. The way our fellow guest did with us. Plenty of things to assist with cooking. Not a bad stay though the cleaning fee is a bit much.

Great place and looks just like the pictures. You can’t beat the price and you can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. There’s an awesome school across the street and we played Pickleball there at night.
