Ann was very helpful right from the beginning and throughout our stay. even with the short notice of booking. we found our stay to be very relaxing and comfortable with some nice scenery. as this was my first Airbnb booking, Ann has set a very high standard and I would be more than happy to suggest this pod to others or even book again myself.

As long as you're comfortable navigating county lanes the pod isn't particularly difficult to find, especially as ann sent a link to the exact location, explaining that the postcode may not get you to the right place. The pod itself is small and cozy, perfect for those looking for a glamping adventure rather than a hotel holiday. All amenities work and were spotless. The pod warms quickly even in the freezing winter. Phone signal is spotty, but I was always able to get connected outside the pod, hit or miss inside. I'd recommend downloading some shows or films for a cozy night in. Bed was a bit hard, but that's perfect for me. Shower is wonderful and gets to temp quickly and stays there. Machynlleth is only a 20 minute drive away and it's the great staging ground for some nice walks. I went to Forge as there's a gravel layby to park and some nice walks which I used the provided map to follow which was very fun. This was my second time there, so I very much recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, clean homely place and Anne was very communicative. The only advice for arrival and check in as reception disappears is to provide photographic directions that could be advised to print off. We were stranded until a neighbour helped us to find the place. More down to reception than the host so would highly recommend 😊

Lovely stay at the pod, fantastic location not far from Machynlleth. Under floor heating was perfect for the colder weather, pod was really nice and cozy. Great base for weekend adventures.
