Overall we had a great stay at this bnb. It’s a small cottage, but perfect for a couple (and a small dog). The absolute best part is being 10 feet from the beach with water views from the living room, bedroom and dining table. If you just need a few quiet days on the beach, then this is the place for you. The house itself is clean and nice, but it’s a cottage - nothing fancy. The couch and bed were comfy enough and the electric heater was much needed on the 2 cold days we had. The tv was adequate for the 1 hour we watched at night. It was very quiet in April, which we loved. We saw maybe 2 neighbors. We didn’t talk to the hosts at all the entire trip. We didn’t need anything and they never reached out either. Which was fine for us. The house had plenty of clean towels, bathroom items, kitchen items, etc. There is a washer dryer but we didn’t use it. Not a lot of wildlife but we saw bunnies on the beach. We also picked up a few bags of trash on the beach. A good stay overall.

Mark’s home was exactly as advertised and had everything we could need for a weekend away. The kitchen was very well stocked and the views of the ocean from both the living room and the kitchen were amazing. We would love to come back and visit here again.

Mark was very friendly and quick to respond to all messages. The house was neat and clean. The description is written well and accurate. Very easy check-in. A peaceful friendly neighborhood with beautiful views.

Overall we had a good time. But the place could use some care. Very nice location and I would imagine a beautiful place to be in the summer but not really worth the price. And the bed frame creaks like an old wooden ship.
