This is not a review of the place that we booked to stay for 2 nights but infact about the positive attitude of Mr.Alex who was the host.Me and my family consisting of 3 yr old son and wife who was pregnant for 5 months decided to stay at this place for new year eve.Though the hosts allowed for an early check-in as we had a late night flight into another room which was vacant, came to know later that there was some confusion in the bookings made and the rooms were alloted to another party for 1 day.We were told by Mr.Alex that alternative arrangements are made nearby and we could come back and stay the next day.But as we reached the alternative place, we were told that bookings are not confirmed.So we decided to vacate that place and arranged another place at own expense.This was a bit hectic as we had travelled from phuket and the whole day was spent in checking other places to stay.But really appreciate Mr.Alex accompanying us to the alternative place and paying for transportation.It would have been a 5 star stay if the confusion was not there and the hosts be a little more attentive in managing their bookings.

Alex and Toon were excellent hosts! Very kind and accommodating. Their home is very lovely and the cats are adorable. They live very close to food and a beautiful temple. Everything is walking distance or it’s easy to hail a cab to where you need to go. I was also given many tips and suggestions on what to do during my stay!

Extremely nice people, room is very spacious, clean and quiet. Location is ideal, walking distance to bts. One of the better rooms I've stayed in, around bangkok for sure, would highly recomend.

We loved our stay here and if I find myself in Bangkok again I would stay here again! The hospitality was unbeatable. We got local travel tips and Alex even helped us book our train tickets and figure out exactly how to use the local system to see the city. As a bonus- we got to do yoga with them! Really great experience!
