House is in a great location, was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen.  Host was accommodating and responsive.  A lovely stay.

Our stay here was excellent! We stayed for a month mixing business and pleasure with my family- husband, an 11 year old and a 2 year old daughter! Why excellent: 1. location was amazing, right next to the beach and also some good restaurants in Long Beach! 2. House was very well equipped, bigger than how it looks in the photos. Very clean and in great condition. My children miss the house already! 3. Communication with Kay was super easy and super quick! She is super helpful and always available. Cannot complain at all! 4. Easy commute to Penn station if needing to go into the city. It’s a 5 minute taxi ride and a 55 minute train journey. We absolutely enjoyed it and our only downside and not the fault of the house or Long Beach is that exchange rate was against the pound so we found everything super expensive otherwise a 10 overall! THANK YOU KAY and hope to stay with you again!!

We stayed at this property for a week in late July. It’s a great little house, close to the beach with a fabulous kitchen I have ever rented. One can easily cook a full gourmet dinner there. All appliances are in good order. Beach is within 2 minutes walk and easy to get to. The owner kindly offered all a family with kids need for a comfortable beach vacation. We brought my mother with us who can’t Long Island Review We stayed at this property for five days in July. It’s a great house. It has the best equipped kitchen I have ever rented. One can easily cook a full gourmet dinner there. All appliances are in good order. Beach is within 2 minutes walk and easy to get to. The owner kindly offered all a family with kids would need for a comfortable beach vacation. We brought my mother (70+) with us who can’t easily do stairs and she loved the bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. Groceries were delivered no problem. I would definitely recommend this property and gladly rent it again.
