Absolutely recommend Courtlann’s place. Have stayed here a number of times over the years with family, and have had nothing but a fantastic stay. Courtlann is a wonderful host and I hope to be able to stay again when my travels bring me back to Lexington in future!

The home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was great. Very easy to get to the home and to all of our destinations. There was plenty of space for us and we felt right at home. This was our first visit to Lexington and we highly recommend staying here!

If you are looking for a GREAT place to stay when visiting Lexington, STOP LOOKING, you have found it! If you have an event at the Ky Horse Park, this is the place to stay. Just as Courtlann says, it take 5 minutes to get to the Horse Park, SUPER easy. It's also only about 10 minutes to downtown, Rupp Arena area. It's in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could ask for. When I go back to Lexington, this is the place I will go.

This home had EVERYTHING we needed for our 4 night stay. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and we also drove into Georgetown 15 minutes away and checked out a local restaurant. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay again.
