Jonathan’s place was clean, warm with a well stocked kitchen. We were working at the Kentucky Horse park and so it was an easy drive every day. Contact was easy and response time was very prompt. There was a little miscommunication with some damage to a shelf but apart from that all was well. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us.

The space was great, plenty of room for our family to spread out and the kids to play. Loved the neighborhood and easy access to the park. Two nice big tables for eating and board games. Washer/dryer access was super helpful. Everything was functional but a few things were a little lower quality than we’re used to seeing in AirBNBs. I’d recommend bringing your own TP and bath towels as the ones provided were thin and scratchy. Also all the cups, mugs and plates were cheap plastic, and the non-stick pans were all very scratched up. But overall we had a good stay and enjoyed ourselves!

I reserved this house for Christmas for my kids, their spouses and me. When I arrived, I noticed the rug in the kitchen was dirty, along with some of the dishes and cabinets. I texted Jonathan who came over immediately and cleaned to my satisfaction. There were no towel racks in the hall bathroom, which was strange, as it is for two bedrooms to share. The towels were thin and a bit scratchy, but plenty of them. There is a ceiling fan in the front hall which is on all the time, to help distribute the heat, but it does create a draft in the living room. But, all in all, it was a very good place. Comfy beds, soft clean sheets, quiet neighborhood, hot water and nice showers. Plenty of room in the main bedroom for my yoga mat. I liked having a kitchen table and a separate dining room table for our Christmas dinner with family. Having laundry facilities was really nice too! Jonathan was easy to reach and helpful.

This was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting family nearby! The house was very clean and as described in the listing!
