House is exactly as described. Wayne was super easy to work with and check-in was a breeze. The house was clean and well-stocked with extra towels, linens, laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc. We lacked nothing. Also, beds were comfortable. Location was easy to find and close to anything we wanted including the UK campus. We’d definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. We felt comfortable and right at home. There was plenty of space for a group of 6. The pool table brought a lot of fun to end of our evenings. It was a great experience from start to finish!

We went to Lexington for a short trip. We found the house easily and it was easy to get into. Everything was clean and fashionable. Had extras in case you forgot or needed napkins, coffee and condiments and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We brought our 2 dogs for the first on vacation and they did really well. The backyard was fenced. We went to two concerts at the Rupp Arena and it was just a short 15 minute drive. We felt like everything we wanted to see was at a convenient location and we ate at Drakes and also tried out a few more restaurants that were in Frankfort KY. Overall had a fun time and a great stay. We would stay here again.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood and tastefully decorated as well. Wayne was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. The home was as described, and went above and beyond to provide us with many extras. Coffee, staples, spices, paper products and even a portable ice maker! Beds were all comfortable and your choice of pillows! Awesome outdoor living space with a private fenced in back yard. We enjoyed it so much, we stayed an extra day and will definitely rebook for our future visits to Lexington, Kentucky.

Stayed in Kentucky to hit the bourbon trail. Plenty of distilleries within minutes to the house. The house was comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy our stay!
