We had great holiday, the apartments is in great location, central and convenient for beach fronts, supermarket, chemist , takeout… the bedroom and twin beds are comfortable even my mother in law 84 had a great sleep here. The owners Heather and caretaker Jo are very helpful. Thank you very much, highly recommend

Brilliant location, amazing space, and really well cleaned. Great views, whatever the weather. Just parked the car in space outside the front and forgot it for the visit. Barmouth is great for walking, and eating out, and dining in. Rooms are a great size, and everything you need is there. Great communications all through, and an apartment we will certainly be returning to in the future.

Fantastic apartment; very central with a stunning view over the dunes and sea. Heather, Jo and her daughter all worked to make our stay very comfortable and a real home from home. Thank you - we will be back!

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Both Heather and Jo very responsive and easy to communicate with. However, the real highlight is the wonderful view. We had all weathers while there and watching the ever changing sky and sea was mesemerising. Easy walks to the beach, town and station. Note it is a 1st floor flat so stairs to be negoriated and there are two steps down to the bathroom and second bedroom if mobility is a consideration. Also be prepared to race for the chair in the window!! We really enjoyed our stay.
