We had a lovely stay. This is a shared space and was beautifully appointed and very clean, with lots of groceries and amenities in the living room.
a great stay at the very modernly renovated apartment with view to the river, an excellent patio and the common space just like your living room. Jon was always available for your needs, he welcomed us in the apartment to show us around. Fridge was always stocked, kitchen available for you to make a simple breakfast, coffee or a snack. A bottle of wine was at the room, as well as the living room. Location is 15 minutes walk from the old town and la concha beach, next to the river. A rare find we were lucky to book. Jon thanks again. ¡Asta la proxima!
San Sebastián Donostia = Jon &Manex= estar en casa . No lo dudes .Si vas a San Sebastián este es el lugar ideal para alojarte. Son los únicos anfitriones ( de los que yo conocí ) que cumplen con la premisa b&b La cama y las almohadas cómodas ... la habitación amplia ...el baño con un jarrón con azucenas que perfuman todo el ambiente ... y la segunda b... 10 puntos , la heladera y la alacena llena con todo lo que puedas necesitar para desayunar y más también : variedad de jugos, de mermeladas, de fiambres ,de leches ,huevos panes ,tostadas,galletitas ,fruta, granola,fruta seca ,chocolate,café ,tes y muchas más cosas que me estoy olvidando . si a eso le sumas que están pendientes de lo que necesitas ,que te dan una guía de a dónde y que hacer , que responden rápidamente a los mensajes ,y que el departamento está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y de los lugares que seguro querés conocer, es el combo perfecto. Si algún día vuelvo a S. Sebastián ya se dónde alojarme .J&M GRACIAS

Well travelled local brothers based in the Basque Country. Jon: I was back home in 2010 after two years in Australia and half year backpacking through South America (Eastern island, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, bolivia & Colombia) & Central America (Panama). So yes, I reckon I love travelling! :-) I tend to outdoors activities such as sports (football, cycling, skating, skiing, paddle, hiking, etc.), getting a nice coffee reading a book in a sunny terrace, having a walk in "Paseo de a Concha", and/or just rocking the city a bit. Culturally updated, specially in music, since I frequently attend to live concerts, festivals (I highly recommend the "Festival de Jazz de San Sebastián)", go clubbing. Having an International Cinema Festival, makes easier to be able to enjoy a bunch of quality movies every year and obviously, GASTRONOMY ... Manex: Once I got finished my architecture studies and having my brother Jon back in town, after spending a couple of years in Australia and another half a year cruising trough South America, we both decided to start this journey, trying to give to our hosts what we would like to have while traveling around the world. My first travel experience came when I was 17. My parents let me go with a couple of friends to Indonesia for surfing. After that many more adventures came straightaway: crossed the African desert starting in Morocco, followed by Mauritania and ending in Senegal; spent 4 months in Mexico (Baja California), lived another intense experiences in Canada, California, London, Japan, Martinique, Israel and a bunch of cities around Europe, but it's never going to be enough!
