Stayed for a 40th weekend away arrived early so used the cafe and as soon as chalet was free they came and gave us the key early. Cafe food was lovely and they catered for children well with Ella kitchen snacks etc. same with the chalet they have a draw with plastic cups plates etc and Highchair already in place too. We visited bath and longleat but as described very close. Beautiful quiet and friendly staff. Lovely Chinese takeaway star express that delivers too! everyone loved the place and we will be returning

Only downside was the ikea sofa bed already broken on the extension, but didn't affect the use, and its fabrics a bit sweaty and dirty. everything else was spotless clean. if I was the owner I wpuld put the hot tub facing south, the only bit of sun that came out when we were there was on the other side of the lodge. Lodge very well kept, the softplays and kids playground is really well organised. in the summertime must be really a lovely place. We will go back again, hopefully really soon.

It was a nice place to stay. Affordable and only 30 minutes from Bath. Longleat Safari Park is only 15 minutes away. Nice stay for family.
