Izumi's place was just delightful ... as was meeting his mother! The location was perfect. Within just a few minutes of the train station and accessible either by coming up the stairs on the street or a "flatter" option by choosing to walk around the block. Izumi was very responsive both before and during the visit. We loved the patio and enjoyed watching the fog lift for a perfect view of the Moorish Castle. Our goal was to be able to cook while there as we were visiting my brother and his wife. Several great markets and stores were easily within walking distance. Sintra's definitely a wonderful place to visit and Izumi's place will provide convenient access to many of its attractions.

Parking is not guaranteed and is a bit of pot-luck. We had to find other parking about a km away until a space became available. Location was excellent.

We loved Izumi’s place, it is walkable to all Sintra’s highlights, resturants and train station. I read reviews about the train’s noise, but it wasn’t a problem at all -we barely heard the noice. It is a very spacious place with privacy. Parking lot was very convenient. I would recommend staying in Izumi’s place.

Très bien situé. Près de la gare et du centre touristique de Sintra. Stationnement possible près du logement, sinon aux alentours. La voie ferrée passe sous le logement, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Grand avec terrasse.

Éste departamento en verdad es una joya, hermosa terraza con preciosas vistas de Sintra y del Castillo de los Moros, espaciosa tres recámaras y dos baños un verdadero lujo, para llegar hay que hacer un esfuerzo por subir las escaleras pero vale la pena, el ruido de los trenes es algo que puedes pasar por alto o usar tapones de oídos, el beneficio es tener la estación a unos pocos pasos. Disfrutamos mucho el espacio y la ciudad.
