Thalia was the most fabulous, responsive, and generous host. And her house is an absolute paradise. We had the best time. It is the perfect launching point to discover the west side of Crete and an idyllic haven to relax by the pool and outdoor kitchen when you feel like resting at home. We were traveling with two young kids, and Thalia was super helpful providing all we needed for them. We hope to have the opportunity to return to Villa Thalia and see more of Crete. Thank you, Thalia, for welcoming us into your home -- and for all the surprise culinary gifts throughout our stay!

What can I say about this amazing Villa. From the moment we booked, communication with Thalia was brilliant- quick to respond, helpful and friendly- even allowing us to increase the party size when our friends wanted to join. Arriving- I can’t express the joy of walking into a property that actually looks exactly like the photos- even better in fact- we were blown away. You genuinely wouldn’t be able to find anything missing or at fault in this villa- the pool and outside areas are outstanding- the kitchen fully equipped to a very high standard (the outdoor kitchen too!) bedrooms spotless, high end and super comfy. It’s a 10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants and bars- a small hill to walk up on the way back, but in no way challenging- a gentle stroll! Thalia left us baked goods on arrival and even left us a leaving gift bag- above and beyond! Overall- if every air bnb was like Thalia and her villa, nobody would ever be disappointed again. Thank you for our memories and stay ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Thalia. Thalia est une hôte extraordinaire et disponible et répond très rapidement au besoin. À notre arrivée, la Villa était impeccable et d’une propreté incroyable. Nous avons été très gâtés par Thalia, elle avait pensé à tout : panier de fruits, pâtisseries, bouteilles d’eau, vin et plus encore … De plus, l’aménagement extérieur est absolument magnifique. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The villa is spectacular with all the amenities and touches of a very good hotel. There wasn’t anything more we needed. Thalias attention to detail was faultless and above any Airbnb we have stayed at before. It was modern, clean and everything was of a high standard. Thalia was quick to respond to our enquiries and very friendly and helpful. There were welcome gifts of food which was appreciated after a long journey too. We just had a great holiday there, so thank you.

Just back from a week at Villa Thalia with the family. Fabulous Villa, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need. The outside space is amazing, with the pool, balconies and outside eating area. The host Thalia could not be more helpful, with any queries, recommendations and flexibility over check in and out times. We have stayed in many villas over the years, but this one is number one in our book. Would definitely come back again.
