Great stay a much needed break in a quiet secluded location but still plenty accessible to surrounding areas and pubs. The place was immaculate and had so much space and everything if not more than needed. Yvonne was a lovely host and can’t wait to stay again

Had a lovely stay at penny black cottage. I went with my husband and young daughter (4). We enjoyed the walk descriptions and board games left. The wine and fire logs were a nice touch too! We cooked at the cottage every night and found all the utensils, salt and pepper etc that we needed. There's a co-op a short walk away. I think it's already mentioned in the reviews that the stairs are quite steep for a very young child but I felt like 4 was fine, especially since the master bedroom and twin room doors face each other. The cottage is basically opposite the children's museum (enginuity) and the museum of iron. Then it's a pretty Nd easy walk down into Ironbridge. Short drive to blists hill. Everything in the cottage was clean and tastefully done. It was warm and cosy, especially with the fire going.

We had a great short break in Ironbridge. This property was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with lots of local restaurants, museums and nice walks for our dogs.
