Great location. I love being right above Church Street…..so easy and convenient. I didn’t need it but the parking pass is a nice amenity.

An ok spot if you are looking to stay downtown. Easy to find, and get in and out of. Take reviews of loud music late into the night seriously, even ear plugs did not mute the noise. For the price, a little more up keep - fixing the towel rack, painting the bathroom, refinishing the tub, having a shower liner, having a place to hang clothes - seems like it might add to the value. Again, it is in the middle of everything close to great restaurants, and staying in Burlington seems about twice as expensive as bigger cities.

Quaint, clean and great location! Perfect for one or two people looking for a place to stay. Being centrally located you are in the middle of everything- restaurants, bars, shops, etc., so it’s easy to navigate. Street parking is available (if you could find a spot) but we just ended up in the parking garage no more than 500ft from the apartment. Worked out perfectly for our little weekend getaway. A bonus is the friendly kitten from the neighboring apartment who greets you when you get off the elevator. She was a super cute and friendly surprise!
